Molly Mandelbrot
Research Assistant
Molly is a third-year Psychology major at UCLA, with a prospective minor in Neuroscience. She is passionate about the connection between physical activity and mental health, focusing on how different types of exercise influence brain health, mood, and overall well-being. In addition, Molly is interested in researching somatosensory therapies that individuals can perform on themselves to improve mental health and emotional regulation. With plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Psychology or Neuroscience, Molly aspires to contribute to advancing research in these fields and promoting accessible, evidence-based interventions for mental health. Outside of UCLA, Molly works as a personal trainer, combining her knowledge of psychology and fitness to help clients achieve their goals. She loves to be active through different forms of movement including hiking, running, weightlifting, and dancing.
